It was the beginning of healing for me. It was a difficult time. I went to family healing with Tita Maribi Mapa-Garcia (producer of Presence: Prayers for Busy People) and it helped me a lot. And I ended up writing this song for my mom Valentine’s day 2004. It was my gift to her.

These two songs were written by JayR, Jimmy Muna and Kristofer Lawrence.
It’s funny coz when we were first supposed to record “you make me sing” we kept messing up the recording sked and some weird things would happen. Ex. Jay R forgot that his computer was in the shop for repair. Hehe.anyway, it all happened for a reason…the delays actually helped coz otherwise kris wouldn’t have been able to collaborate on the song. Plus, I was so giggly and happy on one of our recording dates that we ended up with such a great bridge and ending.
Hiling
This song is the love theme (as direk mark reyes of enka likes to call it) of ybarro and alena. I started writing this song years ago…I finished it during the taping of twin hearts. Jade sang a lot of songs back then and this was supposed to be her song for Adrian. Funny how it ended up with Ybarro and Alena.
Hanggang Wakas
This is by Jack Rufo, one of my guitarist friends…sobrang kinulit ko siya to give this song. It was supposed to be included in my first album pero hindi na nakahabol. Sayang…I told him hindi pwedeng hindi siya masali dito.
Hindi ko na Kayang Masaktan pa
This is actually a remake. It was originally sung by my mom. Kuya ogie and I have a tourism proj for Camarines sur that will come out soon. Watch out for that.
Mahiwagang Puso
This song was written by Tito Tats Faustino, the musical director of SOP. He’s one of my closest musician friends. Actually, he’s like a dad to me but since he’s bagets, friend rin ang tingin ko kay Tito Tats. This is the theme song of Encantadia. Special thanks to GMA for allowing me to include it as a bonus track on my album.
